Accounts

Supabase handles account authentication. We use your name, email address and account identifier to provide your account and associate processing requests with you. Password authentication is handled by Supabase.

Uploaded media and captions

Your media, extracted audio, caption text, edits and generated exports are sent to our hosted processing backend on Hugging Face. Caption generation and video rendering happen on the worker, rather than entirely on your device.

Temporary files

Editing sessions are temporary. Media, exports and intermediate files are scheduled for deletion after a session closes or expires. An unsuccessful close notification can delay cleanup until the session lease expires. Active processing can delay deletion until it finishes. Temporary-file deletion does not delete your Supabase account or necessarily remove separate provider operational logs.

Website analytics and errors

Vercel provides website traffic analytics. Sentry provides error monitoring. Optional PostHog usage analytics and session replay start only after you allow analytics. Our PostHog configuration masks inputs and text and blocks media previews and sensitive account screens in recordings. If you allow analytics, we share your account identifier, name and email address with PostHog to associate usage activity with your account. Application event tracking excludes caption text, filenames and passwords. We clear the analytics identity on sign-out.

Your choices

You can decline optional analytics or change your choice using Analytics preferences. Your browser stores that preference and account-session information. You can export your work before ending an editing session.

Service providers

We use Supabase for authentication, Hugging Face for processing, Vercel for website hosting and traffic analytics, PostHog for optional product analytics, and Sentry for error monitoring. Providers may process data outside your country under their own service and privacy arrangements.
