Using Bol Studio

Bol Studio helps you generate, edit and export captions. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Keep your account credentials private and use the service lawfully.

Your content

You retain ownership of your uploads and captions. Only upload content you own or have permission to process. You permit Bol Studio and its hosting providers to process that content to provide captioning and export features.

Review generated results

Automatic captions can contain errors. Review wording, timing and exports before publishing, particularly where accuracy matters.

Temporary editing sessions

The editor provides temporary sessions, not permanent project storage. Export your work before closing or refreshing. Temporary media and intermediate files are scheduled for deletion when a session ends or expires; interrupted sessions may remain until their lease expires and active processing finishes.

Availability and limits

Processing time depends on video length, resolution, frame rate and available worker capacity. Upload and export limits shown in the app apply. Features may change, and processing may be interrupted. Keep a copy of your original media.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another user’s media, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or upload unlawful content.
